In these pages you will hopefully find interesting tips on how to take advantage of Cairo's many cultural opportunities, with particular attention to live events. Cairo Live Events Guide does not pretend to be exhaustive but will try to cover main events open to the public.

HIP HOP CONNECTION in Cairo ... and Alexandria

Hip Hop Connection is a spicy musical experiment that counts on the intercultural bonds created by common forms of artistic expression. Five Hip Hop groups from four countries across the Euro-Mediterranean exchange their styles and ideas about Hip Hop in search of common grounds. Hip Hop Connection presents the outcome of this experiment in a joined performance. Featuring: Y-Crew (Egypt), Les Gourmets (France), the Berlin Allstars (Germany) and Ayben (Turkey).

The project is presented by the Goethe Institute Egypt, the French Cultural & Cooperation Centre, Turkish Consulate and the Anna Lindh Foundation.
