In these pages you will hopefully find interesting tips on how to take advantage of Cairo's many cultural opportunities, with particular attention to live events. Cairo Live Events Guide does not pretend to be exhaustive but will try to cover main events open to the public.

Al Ghouri Tannoura Dance Troupe back on stage!

Yesterday evening the Al Ghouri Tannoura Dance Troupe went successfully back on stage at the Ghouri Caravansaray and announced that they will resume their regular shows every Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday. The only change is that the shows will start at 7:30 PM instead of 8:30 PM.
This is indeed a great news as they provide an invaluable contribution to the local art scene (and to the main page art concept of CLEG!). It was one of the first shows I've seen in Cairo and have been attendinghalf a dozen times without ever getting bored.
Welcome back, ... and a big thank you!
