April at the CAIRO JAZZ CLUB


The Cairo Jazz Club welcomes the month of April in style tomorrow Sunday April 1, 2012 with an oriental jazz evening featuring Akram El Sharkawy.
In addition to local darlings Salalem, Yehya Khalil, Massar Egbari, Wust El Balad, and other local bands, this month CJC will host concerts from Pressure Pot (Tanjared Daght), a Syrian band playing progressive Arabic rock and debuting at CJC on Thursday April 5, and Otaak Band, an American Sudanese music project that will celebrate on Tuesday April 24 the release of their latest record (produced in Cairo).
Electronic House Music fans will have their field day on Friday April 13 with world famous DJ Raysoo.
