CLASSES OF ITALIAN CUISINE AT AUC

Another evening of culinary entertainment organized by the Italian Student Association at AUC. Tomorrow, Tuesday, May 5, Vincenzo Mattei will go for a vegetarian dish and will teach how to prepare the famous Melanzane alla Parmigiana (Aubergines Parmigiana Style).

As usual, the "class" will take place at 7:00 PM in the Golden Room of the Greek Campus in Tahrir Square. Free entry.
