In these pages you will hopefully find interesting tips on how to take advantage of Cairo's many cultural opportunities, with particular attention to live events. Cairo Live Events Guide does not pretend to be exhaustive but will try to cover main events open to the public.

AL RAWI - Egypt's Heritage Review

There is a new interesting addition to the list of publications in English language covering Egypt's cultural heritage. Al RAWI, a beautiful quarterly magazine, has come out with its first issue and, if they continue along this path, I can foresee a brilliant future for the team behind this publication. I might have been influenced by a five pages (!) article devoted to Egyptian traditional musical instruments but I strongly believe that there are few better ways to part with 15 Egyptian pounds.
For a taste of what awaits you on print, click here to visit AL RAWI website.
And for Facebook enthusiasts, there is also a AL RAWI facebook page.
